Maurizio Negri appointed as Member of the RICS Board in Italy
Daniele Levi Formiggini is the new President of the RICS Italy Board. Formiggini is advisor real estate restructuring Italy for Unicredit.
Among the professionals appointed to form the new Board, also Maurizio Negri - Senior Partner PRAXI and National Coordinator Praxi Valuations and Appraisals.

PRAXI in charge to seek the new Director of the National Cinema Museum of Turin
The Maria Adriana Prolo Foundation has charged PRAXI to seek the new Director of the National Cinema Museum of Turin, one of the most important of its kind in the world.
The new Director will be responsible of the administration of the Foundation, as well as the HR and internal and external communication of the Museum.
Praxi Alliance 2016 Spring Summit held in Stockholm
The PRAXI Alliance 2016 Spring Summit was held in Stockholm on May 6-7, in Gamla Stan, the historic city center.
Members took part from Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, India, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Thailand. The summit was focused on how to build a sustainable growth strategy in today’s dynamic and competitive international market. Lean Six Sigma: closure of the second edition of the project in SIRTI
The second edition of the implementation project of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology in SIRTI ended this month. The closing ceremony, attended by the CEO Stefano Lorenzi and the Company Management, saw the presentation of results and the delivery of the Green Belt Certifications to the 15 members who have been involved in the teamworks.
The projects developed by PRAXI over the last 6 months, have had a remarkably good response, with active participation and commitment of the employees, leading to remarkable savings, spread of knowledge on the company processes and involvement influencing the interpersonal relationships within the Organization.
The results achieved provide the basis for a cointinuous improvement process, functional to the effectiveness and the performance of the Company.
