Praxi Alliance hosts a successful 2015 Spring Summit in Athens, Greece
PRAXI ALLIANCE members gathered on May 8-9, in Athens, Greece, for the 2015 Spring Summit. Participants included new members from Denmark, Russia (via videoconference) and Thailand, as well as China, Finland, France, Germany, India, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and, of course, Greece.
Professor Charalambos Gotsis, a Professor of Economics at the University of Piraeus and an experienced board member and CEO, gave a presentation about the current Greek business climate. Members also received insight about the executive recruitment process from Eleftheria Thessolonikefs and Georgia Aravani from the Mellon Group HR division, a valued client of PRAXI ALLIANCE.
Member collaboration and the exchange of best practices were also focal points of the summit. The foundation was set for industrial and geographical teams as well as a framework for improving client communications and reporting, and the announcement of a new website, due to be online in August, highlighted a strong commitment to solidifying and enhancing the PRAXI ALLIANCE brand.
“Giving members the opportunity to sit down and share diverse ideas and best practices is the driving force behind our success”, said Fabio Ciarapica, PRAXI ALLIANCE Network Director. “We look forward to adding many more seats at the table”.
Carolyn Christov-Bakargiev named new Director of GAM and Castello di Rivoli
Carolyn Christov-Bakargiev will be the new Director of GAM - Civic Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art of Turin and Castello di Rivoli - Museum of Contemporary Art, known collectively by the Italian press as the “superfondazione.”
Christov-Bakargiev was selected from among 171 candidates identified by PRAXI, providing search and selection services of Executive profiles worldwide.

The firm has offices in Trondheim, Bergen and Stavanger and is led by CEO Per Inge Hjertaker.
