Praxi Valuations and Advisory is the PRAXI Division operating in asset valuation and optimisation, organised in four Business Units: Praxi Industrial, Praxi Real Estate, Praxi Loan Valuations e Praxi Business Valuations. It boasts several thousand clients, including industrial, banking, insurance and real estate companies, as well as auditing firms, public authorities and courts of law.
Praxi is completely independent from all public authorities, and industrial and financial groups, which ensures full objectiveness and professional autonomy.
The Praxi Valuations and Advisory professional structure allows particularly challenging, complex projects to be carried out in terms of size, geographical distribution and timing, through carefully selected and well-structured working groups fully qualified to undertake each assignment, guarantee the highest levels of quality, and in full compliance with regulations and best market practices.

Praxi Real Estate was one of the first Valuation Firms in Italy regulated by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - Firm No. 710985). The company numbers many Professional Members of RICS (MRICS) among its people and valuations are made according to the rules and procedures laid down by the Red Book (RICS Appraisal – Valuation Standards).
Praxi Valuations and Advisory actively collaborates on extensive scientific activities promoted by Milan’s Bocconi University, Polytechnic and Chamber of Commerce.
Praxi Real Estate contributes to the drafting and updating of pertinent regulations and to the codification of real estate sector standards, and regularly participates in round-table working discussions fostered by the UNI (Italian National Standards Institute), Assoimmobiliare (Italian Real Estate Industry Association), Assogestioni (Italian Investment Management Association) and the RICS.
